Soft coated wheaten terrier, any experience?

I have a Golden Retriever, I’ll be getting another pup next Summer &I’m considering either another Golden or soft coated wheaten terrier. Do you have one?whats their temprement?are they good with other dogs?any health concerns?insurance costs?whats their intelligence level in comparison to a golden?how responsive to training are they?how often do you groom yours?

My aunt had one. “Clancey” He was awesome. She let his hair grow- mild, mild grooming-looked like a cottonball. Very smart-protective too- My aunt was babysitting my nephew from 8 weeks till he was 3 yrs.. He (nephew) learned to walk by pulling himself up on Clancy and walking around. Very gentle, mild tempered, Extremely routine oriented-every night at 6PM- he sat by the door with his leash in his mouth for the walk. EVERY NIGHT. He did go to basic puppy school and did well. I think they are wonderful dogs.
